1. Operator

Leisure Boutique is a studio operated by Immortal Ventures LLC(“we”, “us”). All services, deliverables, and platforms referenced on this site are provided by Immortal Ventures LLC unless explicitly attributed otherwise.

2. Services

We offer two service categories:

Studio services — pick-and-mix marketing engagements (brand, web, content, PR, distribution, attribution). Each engagement is scoped in a separate Statement of Work that supersedes these Terms where inconsistent.
White-label platform — wholesale travel-agency software licensed to qualifying agencies under a separate platform licence agreement. These Terms govern the marketing relationship only; platform tenancy is governed by the licence.

3. Enquiries

Information submitted via the enquiry form is used solely to respond to your enquiry, scope work, and maintain a record of our communication. We do not sell or share enquiry data with third parties. Data handling is described in our parent group's privacy policy at immortalventures.com/privacy.

4. Engagement, payment, refunds

Engagement-specific terms — fees, payment schedule, deliverables, IP ownership, warranty, and refund eligibility — live in each Statement of Work or platform licence. By signing those documents you accept their terms in conjunction with these Terms.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from services rendered under any engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

7. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
